WARRANTY:
•Axia Distribution Corp. (the “Distributor”) guarantees all Happy Mats against
manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for:
• Terracotta Mat = 3 years from date of shipment
• Black Mat = 1 year from date of shipment.
• In no event shall the Distributor be liable in any way for:
• any damage resulting from misuse or neglect,
• any damage resulting from alteration or modification,
• any damage caused by any casualty, including without limitation, fire, wind, floods or acts of God,
• any consequential, special, accidental, intentional or incidental damages of any nature whatsoever,
• any expenses, including labour and material, incurred during the investigation, removal or reinstallation of the defective
product or parts thereof, or
• any amounts in excess of the selling price of the product or any parts thereof found to be defective.
• Replacement of manufacturing defects is conditional upon:
• claims made in writing to (*website or business address*) within 60 days from the day the defect becomes obvious,
• shipment to the Distributor of that part of the product thought to be defective together with proof of purchase, and
• inspection and determination by the Distributor that there exists a manufacturing defect.
• If a manufacturing defect is found to exist and the conditions met, the Distributor will repair or replace, at its option, that
part of the product which is defective.
• Repair or replacement of any part under this warranty shall not extend the duration of the warranty with respect to such
repaired or replaced part beyond the stated warranty period.
• This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties either express or implied, and such other warranties, including without
limitation implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose,
are hereby disclaimed and excluded from this warranty.
